Event Space Rental Fee Rates:
- Mon – Thur: $75/hr (2 hr min)
- Fri – Sat After 7.00 PM $125.00/hr (2 hr min)
- Sunday – $125.00/hr (2 hr min)
Non-exclusive event space rentals:
- 50% non-refundable deposit and $45 cleanup fee required.
- 2-hour minimum. Rental hours must include setup and breakdown.
- Capacity up to 70.
Exclusive event space rentals:
- 50% non-refundable deposit and $45 cleanup fee required.
- 4-hour minimum. Rental hours must include setup and breakdown.
- Capacity up to 70.
